Altus, Oklahoma’s THE NEW are living proof that honesty, ambition and ministry still prevails in the music industry. THE NEW is a band of friends and brothers from Southwest Oklahoma who have come together aligning each of their strengths, unshaken dedication, and “never-failing” work ethic to create a unique and signature sound that they are bringing to the Christian Music scene. THE NEW has a collection of different music backgrounds such as Rock, R&B, Gospel, Country and Latin, our passion and calling is Praise & Worship with a Contemporary Christian Music sound. Singer/Bassist Levi Tovar, Singer/Guitarist  Jeff Diltz Keyboardist/Drummer Blake Pewo & Drummer/Guitarist Justin Strickland are striving to give God glory, believing and trusting in Him to use THE NEW to make a lasting mark and help define today’s Contemporary Christian Music. The New has had the opportunity to work with and open for various Christian Artists such as Seventh Day Slumber and Big Daddy Weave but most recently have worked with upcoming Christian Artist “Consumed by Fire."
